As mentioned before, if you saw the figure in person the eye bags are less noticeable and actually looks good because that's how human anatomy looks.
If you hadn't noticed, the SF series has been using that semi-realistic style for many games already, and not cartoony things like the Figuart figures.
Not surprising that Storm Collectibles continues making toys of SF characters, as actual fans seemingly like for their SF figures to look authentic.
