You can't see it all too well with my camera, but the colors don't actually match - while (reissue) Ianna's skin is more or less solid white, the exposed skin parts on Lily actually have a pinkish-purpleish 'blush' lightly applied to them, which makes her look a bit more lifelike. It does, however, mean that people with a higher quality camera and better lighting may be mildly annoyed at the slight difference in tone when parts-swapping her with other Polys.
