I don't care if your local bakery carries SHF Recoome for sale next month, it doesn't change the platform it was originally sold on, which was P-Bandai.
Whether stores import the figures and make them available to you more easily is entirely unrelated to the type of release it was. Those "regular" stores that stocked up on P-Bandai exclusives that you wrongly perceive to be standard releases, guess where they get they got theirs from?
