I'm bootlegging as a MOCing exercise and learning opportunity. I don't want to make squid kids, I want to make other weird and kooky stuff of my own, and to do that I'd like to know how to make it cute into the bargain. To do that, I've been reverse engineering- trying to learn to better SNOT and finagle bricks to do what I'd like on my own. Shantae I bootlegged because I liked her, the squid sisters on the other hand I'm just doing because I was fascinated with how small Anton managed to make their heads whilst maintaining SNOT and a face too. I wanted to write him so I could send him my .lxfs but I don't have a mobile phone, so no yahoo account, and by extension no flickr account so I can bother him.
I've posted my own currently virtual-only MOCs and the bootlegs too. Ah well. I've discussed it at length with another guy, at any rate.
