This was a $20 DIY Dollhouse kit called "Captain Bar" (missing the possessive 's). The kit has good bones, but needed modifications to make it into a "Pirates of the Caribbean" pirate skeleton bar.
The kit did not include a storefront, so I had to build one from scratch by cutting up an MDF clipboard.
Increasing the building height by 3/4" was a good idea- it brought the building into 1:18 scale. That also meant modifying the furniture and building the barstools from scratch to make them match the new height of the building.
