Dated. You will feel where they are dated, 17 especially. 17 has these terrrrible shoulder triangles. 18 is rail thin under the jacket.
They look great standing and in some poses. They both come loaded with accessories (even 18 still). 16 is very dated, but scales with these 2 nicely.
18 can Daily Dose Vegeta, and 17 can do his sick run. They both arms cross together perfectly.
If they ever did a real 2.0 I would still keep the originals.
