Ive gotten several items shipped and to my house from BBTS while the page to the item still only lists preorder on the site and it's a good two weeks to a month later it goes in stock. They even send out emails as the products are a week away from arriving to those that preorder
Also they are not "driving" anger, I don't know of any instant where they blamed anyone, usually they just stay tight lipped about things like slow downs and delays basically saying "unforeseen factors have delayed the product"
