I know Chinese shops, Aliexpress in particular, have managed to just up prices a bit and ship in bulk to absorb the tariffs, but I don't know if Japan and other countries will be as successful. And now more and more postal services are halting shipments to the US. Of course, there's a high chance Trump either backs down or the postal system is overwhelmed almost immediately like the first time they tried this.
