I feel like the smart move for an aspiring toymaker would be to rip off the better designs as part of a series of modular figures. Like what makes Aracula special is his torso with 6 sockets, Sting his 4 and a scorpion tail, Blade his "Two Bad" torso, and Dr. Cyborg the morbidity of having cybernetic parts.
So make a skeleton buck, a few different torsos (normal, Aracula, Blade?), different heads, and a full robot action figure that has Dr. Cyborg's lower legs and right arm (and another arm that's totally Trap Jaw's) for swapping around. Make sure core body parts can connect to each other indefinitely for more Modulok-shaped Bone Golems (pic related).
