>>8941486It's neat having a Digimon on your wrist at all times. Sure it was kind of mis-advertised a bit, but I like how low maintenance it is compared to the v-pets (which I adore as well). It kind of feels like you have a Digimon partner walking next to you all day, instead of a Digimon pooping and screaming for food constantly like a baby/pet. If that makes any sense at all. Plus this will be the first device to have officially supported online battles and raids. I'm sure a lot of people will be more pleased with the device when that launches.
>>8942783I like the X3 a lot more than the Pen Z simply for the roster (I think this is why ZI's are so cheap second hand imo). I'm excited to get the ZIIs from p-bandai US though because the rosters on those looks really good. If I were you I'd look at the rosters and see which one you like more. The Pens do require other devices to fully unlock certain evo lines, whereas the X's only unlock a Special level in Adventure mode. But you can always unlock the hidden stuff using a homemade D-Comm.
