I used to see them at TRU with the TRU Heros stuff... and I think even that has declined.
Animal Planet has some shit figures but the vehicles, creatures etc are usually good.
This guy is part of the set that comes with a Seep Dive hardsuit that's great by itself or amazing for use for customs.
