>>10656534Not really surprising, Flazzard is made by FREEing, not Max Factory like the other two. Those guys just make whatever the fuck they want, like memetic, old school or weird characters. I'm sure one of the sculptors was a fan of the character/desing and went for it.
And I'm glad because this icy fiery bastard has been my favorite villain and design from that show for over 30 years. Still can't believe I have a modern action figure of him, feels completely surreal. To me, this is the best thing to come out of the anime remake hands down.
