Starting on UM's 1/72 Stormartillerivagn m/43. As expected from this maker it ain't exactly Tamiya (but so far seems to be way better than the gecko Resin... thing). Hull tub to be assembled with considerable care from sides, floor, front and rear. No tabs or anything, just a few raised bits on the inside to help guide things, maybe a third of which I ended up cutting away because they got in the way of a proper fit. You might also notice a small notch in the side plate towards the left, where the ejector pin mark managed to pierce right through form the inside.
Now the SAV m/43was based on the CKD LT vz.38, aka Panzer 38(t), and UM makes kits of a bunch of vehicles in that family. now they apaprently don't just have all the alternative aprts on various sprues, the hull side pieces here have been cast with some kind of mould insert to lower them a bit compared to the standard (I have a Strv m/41 kit to comapre with). But this insert only covers the sides themselves, so the internal guide-ridges are left and thus extend up as hooks here. They'll be easy enough to chop off at least if they turn out to get in the way of anything, but test fitting the (resin) superstructure suggests that they won't.
