It's dumb though: during late G1, a huge number of species got canonized, but of them ended up showcasing only known member each.
I've been making a similar effort in my fanon continuity, so it's cool to hear someone with these ideas. Remember how TSO, Ancient, Tyrant and Conjurer were retconned into belonging under the same species? Felt a bit odd, but that's what I'm gunning for.
Probably wasted time, but I created some ideas and know-how I can reuse in my non-Bionicle fantasy universe.
