>>6765648Okay, correction about the arm collapse. I didn't notice it at first and it's not in the instructions, On the underneath of hood/top panel of the arm there's this big-ass tab that reaches through the whole arm that I thought was useless at first, but it's actually there to lock the upper arm in the collapsed position for the combined configuration.
It's locked with the hood closed shut, and open when it's open. Naturally I've been trying to collapse the arm while the hood was shut. I guess that explains why doing it felt like I was breaking plastic... Thankfully nothing actually broke, I just horribly stressed out an innocent and unnoticed locking tab.
It's still kind of tight to pull it in and out, though so I put a smidge of lube along the tracks (maybe a little excess).
