>>10650359Probably not a mandate but it seems like the TBS and TVC teams don't really communicate with each other. Apparently none of the Hasbro teams do, which is why Marvel, PR, GI Joe etc all seem to have their own methods and don't even always share types of joints. It's just kind of bizarre that with TBS and TVC being the same brand they still seem to be treated as separate entities.
