If nothing else it's the best site if you're looking to make an offline collection of hentai because it has the best system for downloading high quality ero-manga.
The only reason I'm glad Nhentai exists is because it's much easier to use nhentai on your phone if you need to jack off quick. The foward/backward page clicking system is better than exhentai and the load times are better.
