12,275 with two full days remaining. On one hand, it's good that the Ectomobile isn't limping across the finish line. It should finish strong, at least a couple thousand backers above the target.
On the other hand, it took 44 days to back something which Hasbro expected to back within the first 14. They likely looked at the Two in the Box and expected a similar turnout. Both it and the Proton Pack finished over 20k, so if the Ecto only finishes in the 14k range Hasbro may feel it underperformed, and it may not bode well for the future of the 6" line.
Fortunately, the Matty Collector line exists to fill in a lot of the gaps in the movie 1 & 2 ghost department. They even made a Walter Peck. Unfortunately, there is no 6" Janine from any company. That's the biggest hole in a 6" movie Ghostbusters collection. Even the old Kenner line, which was made in an era where female figures were few and far between (Kenner's T2 line got no Sarah Connor figure, as one example) made FOUR different Janine figures. I could live with no Frozen Empire figures, and I could live without Hasbro re-doing the GB1/2 ghosts Mattel already did, but no Janine would hurt.
