Tomy's ultimate Sonic may be the best in terms of raw sculpt and articulation, as well as accessory count, but scale seems to be the big point of contention on this thread. I believe there are only 2 figures that would scale with a 6 inch classic Sonic, and that's Jazwares' 10 inch Modern Sonic and Metal Sonic. It's a nice display piece on its own but given how many characters you would probably want to get toys of it would be impractical to collect in this scale.
