Now for the real star... the real star is (pic related) THAT BUTTERFLY JOINT. I saw it looked weird in one of the promo shots and thought "wow they really didn't put much effort in the posing, they used a prototype and didn't notice the butterfly joint popped off but just ran with it"
No. nonono. It wasn't just a malfunctioning joint on a prototype, they were showing us exactly what you can make the joint do that way they can say "it clearly could do that in the promo shots" when people comment on it.
This things a fucking mess. I bought kickstarter spawn wanting an ultimate spawn and got a figure that cant take his cape off while its too big to let him pose in any way other than a soldier at attention. I've never found throne spawn at retail but even if I did he doesn't have a fucking cape, and now I have this trainwreck of a figure. I like spawn and I want spawn toys, but Todd's about to fucking lose me as a customer if they don't stop this fuckery.
