They really can't release a Feral and then put Siryn's head on it. They can't really just take Wolfsbane's head and hands and put it on an existing body for Feral either, she would need new tooling for her costume. Siryn, on the other hand, is probably doable from Retro storm, with the wings attached at the wrists and back, but even that wouldn't be really accurate, the wings are supposed to be attached along the arms.
Also, Domino and Boom Boom already exist.
