Core Magnus still suffers from *most* of the problems Prime does, mainly the double chest. They improved parts of figure like the legs (arguably, but the back on core Magnus looks significantly worse than prime, and the window hinges and seam lines on the matrix chamber are incredibly unsightly. And then with the up-armored version of Mag you've got this bullshit going on which is frankly inexcusable, and there's also the big gaps in front of his knees/upper shins. Throw in the widespread reports of paint chipping, and you've got a figure that's just as bad as Devi and Prime. Certainly not a return to form in my opinion.
