I'd have said hot flame for this one too but honestly he's not bad to transform once you get the hang of it.

The cross dimension line sort of feels like cheating, but rioter despotron is a great megatron who looks very little like megatron. Honestly this category is a stretch for me, I don't own too many things like that.
