If balls, the Perses is great with a high full-auto RoF and a 50 round hopper. If $100 is too much to drop on a blaster for you, there's the Hera or the Accelerator/Velocity (the Dart Zone/Adv. Force equivalent). The Velocity is notable for also having a hopper and not requiring Nerf Rival tube mags. Just make sure it's the new version with the larger hopper and agitator.
Second question; are you modding? If so, just buy whatever you find comfortable using and turn it into whatever you want. Nerf blasters are freedom.
