Most of them aren't actually aiming with their eye going down the barrel/sight. Snake and Acid Rain guy come pretty damn close, if not properly, and the rest are girlie aiming it.
Whereas figures like that Mass Effect figure would have lined up if his helmet had eyes. I wish i knew where he was right now just to see if i could get his head further to the side.

To get a proper stance, you're going to have to fake it, instead of making them look all weird like you've done. Stuff like this looks way better and natural (thanks hollywood) even if he isn't actually doing it right.
And no, the uzi doesn't count. It's an out of scale machine pistol, so of course he'll have no problem holding it like any pistol, but he can't even hold it correctly because of that. It's not actually braced against his shoulder and seems shoved into his chest.
