If its the peg, super glue it back together drill an appropriately sized hole and run some copper wire into it, if its the ring, model cement it back together, cut the ring side off (not the edges beside the ring, just the ring) model cement the runner tag (the part of the runner that has the kits name on it) to the place the old ring was then carve a new one.
