>>10059550>>10059551There are fine looking modern skyscrapers though. Something like pic related is maybe a bit bland but still pleasant enough and certainly not a terrible eyesore. Most of the really awful featureless concrete rectangles are leftover brutalist buildings from the 60s-90s.
I'm just confused by the decision to put absolutely zero detailing on the thing, and to use fucking dark green of all colors. It wouldn't be half-bad if it was just done in grey/white/tan, had a change in width or some insets/detailing partway up, and an actual lobby and parapet to make the top and bottom more distinct. Right now it's just a green triangle extruded upwards.
Notice the building in the pic has balconies adding texture, an interesting feature floor in the middle, a proper base, and some detailing at the top.
