>>5504070Well I know that modern LEGO is superior and more versatile than how it used to be, but a lot of new elements nowadays are rounded and imo detract from that cubic aesthetic that rang in some sets back in the day. This isn't a negative, I just mean that personally it's one of my favorite aspects of obsolete lines. That and the ambiguity of minifigs, where both the good guys and the bad guys looked totally adorable and innocent with their simple smiles. Little differences like that I enjoy with the older lines
