Once you get the basics, (dragon, mermaid, unicorn, phoenix,fairy,) it's hard to find ones I don't already own. I've even resorted to having to make a few myself. (Although I have to admit, that can often be way more fun than just buying them!)
I tend to prefer non-licensed toys/figurines, as I want the piece to invoke the myth itself, not some show, movie, or video game associated with the myth, (so DEFINATELY no pokemon.) That being said, I HAVE made exceptions to that rule from time to time.
