Because why the fuck would you do a figuarts of King Kai? What's going to be his articulation? His arms and head?
But if he does release, I can't imagine him selling very well. He doesn't really do anything. at least not in the way of fighting or cool poses (which is why you buy these figures in the first place)
I'm not saying he won't sell at all, some people will buy him, buy he will be HEAVILY marked down....and then two years later, his price will skyrocket
