I think the libraries around here do not offer such service, but I believe that going to a place to get it cut won't be as expensive as buying one that's already cut, plus I can find the type of house I want. That in your picture is super cute, but I think I'd get a smaller, simpler two stores one due to space.
Also I just got this "boys" (aka not pink) in the mail and it's super big (around 50cm), fit two dolls easily. It would be super cute to have it in front of a nice, suburban house. It was a bit stained but I used a magic eraser and it came off easily.
