Those pins that hold the knees together and the toes on are the harder acetal plastic and will not soften, so when you heat the PVC parts enough, you can just pop them apart. Torso required cracking after drilling a couple super tiny holes with a tiny dremel bit and prying apart. Separating the ABS torso halves will usually be the most difficult part of completely disassembling any figure.
