First things first, there are currently 9 EAV kits, 13 if we're counting color variations. Which one of those would you happen to be looking for?

If you're searching online, try using terms like "30MM", "Exa Vehicle", " EAV", "エグザビークル", the aforementioned code, and/or the name of the kit as written on the box (e.g. 30MM EV-12 Armored Assault Mecha).
Communicating with humans or homunculi in a physical store is a whole other can of worms, but in general you should try to look presentable, speak clearly and seem respectful. You could say something like, "Excuse me, do you have any 30 Minutes Missions kits available?" or the equivalent in your vernacular, then proceed from there.
