My biggest issue is mainly bubbling and degassing from the Smooth-Cast resins, and the mold quality isn't ideal due to flashing so it ends up making the joints slightly bigger than regular joints.
I made a mold of hobby-base joint sprue tree and recasted that, then cut/sand the pegs down to size if I needed. Because of bubbling and tiny air pockets and flashing, my recasted joints ended up bigger and weaker than the original joints.
