Keep in mind that you are never going to see them cheaper than what Lego is currently selling them for online, because resellers who are buying them in bulk will be marking them up from that price.
If you want them, and don't want to pay $8-10 per cat and have to make multiple orders to get all the ones you want, you should probably just buy a lot of them directly from Lego right now.
I have the feeling this is the only set the tiger is ever going to appear in.
