>>9964499It's not hard at all. Since the advent of programs like ZBrush, you essentially can just sculpt like clay, provided you have a pressure sensitive interface like a Wacom tablet. Putting in "organic" imperfections is relatively easy for someone who knows how to sculpt.
I think a lot of people who know how to model don't necessarily have the ability to do stuff like this though. A lot of 3D models can be assembled mostly out of primitives and then modified via sliders and numerical values. To do something like this though, you generally need existing IRL drawing or sculpting skills.
