You'd think he'd peg into the level to raise and lower him, but he's just meant to be placed on those two flimsy arms.
Worse yet is the fact that the Thwomp cradle is the same ratchet as the two yellow platforms. Meaning he doesn't slam down very fast, and he'll most likely fall off the side before he even makes it to the top or bottom.
It really should have been a simple sliding lever that pegs into the back, or a string on a wheel with a latch to pull him up and drop him down.
The figure itself is decent. It's basically two 2D thwomps stuck back to back. The way the mold seam is looks kinda ugly and cheap, but it feels like it's solidly together.
