The peg for his tail is way too scary fucking tight. the tail itself is very loose, but the hinge at the base keeps making me think I'm going to break it if I try to rotate it at all.
The neck is not as loose as I had worried based on reviews I've seen, but still loose enough that it sometimes struggles to support his hair. But, the hair can support itself thanks to that hinge system. It feels like they learned a lot with SS4 Vegeta in the engineering though, the hair hanging from the shoulders and the hair hanging from the back is much better on him than on Goku.
