>>9232687I actually have a few bootleg minidoll bodies with waist swivel and wrist articulation. Opens up play options but I can certainly imagine Lego deciding against engineering this. The joints arent floppy but its not tight enough either to be considered sturdy for Legos standard of play.
Mega bloks figures are really well engineered. You put them in dramatic poses, forget about then during an economic recession induced dark age and return to them holding that exact same pose. I love them for the articulation but as you can see from the females they make... leaves things to be desired. Minidolls add female representation to the otherwise ludicrously male centric population of mega bloks figures I have.
