I have loads of that military series by Qman, and the minifigs are just adorable.
The builds are quite good too.

Sadly the price increase for chinese block sets is really noticeable here, so i did not buy anything recently.
If i would see that tank for that price on sale, it would be an instant buy.

i'd have to check my entire stash to see if there are really any sets without spare hands, but i just built one of pic related buggies and the truck, so in total 7 minifigures, and i have 14 spare hands for those.
