They're really trying to convince you, and themselves that the accessories are worth that extra money. It's not like the new articulation scheme costs anymore than any other figure to sculpt in CAD. I don't even think the part count on the figure itself is higher than RYV or AF15, other than the swappable fore arms) but I'd have to see a breakdown to be sure. You can make an argument about it having more paint apps, because it certainly does especially when comparing it to RYV or AF15. Still, they could've easily done this for $40, but the Maximum title demands a $10 tax it seems. For me. $10 isn't enough to make me skip this, being the big Spider Man fan I am, but it would definitely desuade me from the Hulk since I'm just not as big a fan of him as I am the Web Head. That is, if I didn't snag him for $50 from Best Buy when they accidentally listed him for that price in the initial hour or two he was solicited.
