I understand you don't want to take traffic away from Cyberhand on Shapeways but I can guarantee he hasn't been getting any purchases for months now and probably wouldn't see any change in his shop's traffic if you and another modeller uploaded the finished models onto the site. Because I and a lot of users really want this thing done and I know myself as well as a few others would rather have it in the metals/plastics Shapeways has as opposed to just some resin molds.

Dig in his devientart and you'll get a link to some hobby collector forum he's been posting on with his Doc Ock tenticles. I would consult with him one last time to ask if he would be fine with you taking over the project and opening a new shop on Shapeways with the final two models. Hit the Cyberhand's Forge topic on TTV and ask if anyone there is good with 3D modelling and if not there, keep tabs on this general/Discord. I'm sure one of us here is competent in that field.
