>paint, topcoat>check to make sure they open/close before putting it together, it does>assemble>flap doesn't open/close anymore>snaps at the ball joint with the slighest touch>god dammit, strip paint and cement>check joint, it's sturdy>paint again>paint doesn't go on nicely for whatever reason>strip paint>IPA weakens cemented area>snaps off again>cement it again>don't touch it for a couple days>it is very sturdy, gave it some good wagglan pressure with no movement>shave off a shitton from the nubs inside so it'll open easily>it opens and closes fine>paint, topcoat, reassemble>open flap 1, it does the thing>open flap 2, snaps>FUCK>cement it back together and only paint the cement seam line because fuck redoing it all a third timeI will never touch these godforsaken flaps again.
