>>8573121The box mode was designed to accommodate the Lion's mane and pencil missiles, so when you remove the name and change the missiles to less massive wings for the tiger, it looks and feels like an obvious downgrade, with a gappy box mode and rather hollow beast mode. The lack of a left/right motion on the head is also a consequence of the lion's mane.
You can also tell that it's an earlier, Delta/Moma/Jojo period design because the parts don't really tab together to lock the box mode.
There's also this weird tab on the jaw's hinge that prevents the mouth from opening, you need to carefully pry open the glued head and shave off that tab.
