>>6123556Those are Halloween decorations. The dog isn't poseable but his legs do move a little for stability, and he has a howling sound effect where his jaw opens and closes while his eyes light up.
The huge skull also has a sound effect, but I didn't know about it until half way home. It was in my front seat and suddenly a spooky voice came on "haha I see you!"
