He used to be really into H O scale trains, and has a decent amount of lionel stuff as well, but he wants to put together some nice N scale stuff in a new house my parents just bought. As I get older I want to maintain some type of friendship and activity with my dad besides making food, watching TV, and drinking decent liquor, and I feel like trains are a decent place to start. We used to do it with my grandpa's old stuff when I was a kid, and it'll probably be a generational thing if I end up having a kid too.
