Posability is a step up from Brawl at least. Since Swindle has enormous heels and nothing, literally nothing, on his back he makes for a very stable toy.
Ball jointed shoulders are actually cut to allow outward arm movement, it's been a few days since we saw that.
Ball joints for the head and hips are all very stiff. Thigh swivels are kind of loose. Waist swivel is tight and knees bend but it's almost meaningless given how short Swindle's thighs are.
