These are the lamps I have now. "Boston Harbor TL-TREE-134-BK-3L 3-Light Adjustable Tree Lamp, 60 W, A19" I have two of them; the shades are all turned up (unlike this image).
The top two shades on each pole have a 15w/5000K/1500lm bulb, which are very bright and produce a light that's much cooler/ less yellow than standard lightbulbs.
The bottom shade in each pole has a UV bulb in it. This works well for me because my drafting table that I use for shooting is just below the level of the lowest shades, so I can have the UV lights turned on and sitting just out of frame for maximum glow.
UV lighting is different than regular lighting because you have to have the bulbs aimed directly at the scene.
