NECA's Sarah Connor Dark Fate shotgun is a closer match, it's short and has the vertical grip (but I think that's glued). I wonder how she scale tho, that Mateba revolver looks sick.
My idea would be to cut the vertical grip, glue in the right position, then take the bullets from Flint and glue on the side. That may be too much trouble tho, I will search for something ready in etsy/ebay, I bet someone 3D printed a hellfire shotgun already.
