Just more shit to draw criticism away from 4H.
Nevermind it's a shitty comparison, because 99% of what Hasbro makes isn't like that. Nor McFarlane. Or NECA. OR 99% of toy companies (i know nothing about super7, so i can't comment on them).
Nevermind that it IS unhealthy, hence Hasbro point blank stating as much. Haslab shit is stuff retailers didn't want to take a chance in carrying. It's been ~20 years since Hasbro (and other companies) have stated the health of the toy industry. Toy stores used to carry those types of toys in bulk. Nowadays? NOPE. The decline of the toy market started with the KB, Suncoast, and Sam Goody, and toy companies have been trying to make up for those losses ever since. The death of TRU made shit worse.
Making preorder shit like that is literally a hail mary; a last chance; last hope.
99% of what 4H produces is a hail mary. The opposite of healthy.
So the fact that a toy company like NECA can pick up expensives licenses like D&D or TMNT and start production an actoin figure toyline without begging for money is healthy. The fact that a company like 4H can't produce a generic fantasy action figure toyline without begging for money is because the company is unhealthy.
The fact that NECA can't produce a playset or vehicle is for an entirely different reason, because there's no place for it in the toy market.
